cell theory is the historic scientific theory. cell theory is a collection of ideas and conclusions from many different scientists over time that describes cells. now which is universally accepted.

cell was discover by rabort hook and the scintific study of cell is called cell biology.

The three tenets or important things about the cell theory are as described below:

1)All living organisms are composed of one or more cells.

2) The cell is the basic unit of life.

3) Cells arise from pre-existing cells.

methods use in cell biology

1)microscope: micro means small and scope means see.so microscope is an instrument used to see objects that are too small to be seen by the naked eye.There are many types of microscopes.The most common microscope is the optical microscope, which uses light to pass through a sample to produce an image. Other major types of microscopes are the fluorescence microscope and the electron microscope. electron microscope have two types  transmission electron microscope and the scanning electron microscope.

2)Staining: Staining is tecnique used in microscop. which give colour to the microscopic image. stains and dyes are mostly used in cell bioogy to highlight the structure of cell. there are of  many types  staining. examples are counterstaining, differential staining, or both, including double staining and triple staining. 

In counterstaining which give colour to the cell and make us easily to see in microscpe.

Differential Staining is a staining process which uses more than one chemical stain. which can better differentiate microorganisms.
